Ribbon cutting at 12:30PM\, live music from 1PM - 3PM\, and downtown businesses open all day with giveaways and activities!\n\nBusiness Specials\n\nThe Bookstore in the Window will have local author Vicki Baylis signing books from 12-2 and Cyndie Lepori from 2-4. They are also having a sidewalk sale.\n\nRed Fox Realty is hiding a fox figurine throughout Central Avenue and in businesses. They will be posting clues on their social media on where to go/what to do so that you can win a prize! Make sure to follow them!\n\nThe Laurel-Jones County Library will be doing face painting\, a book sale\, and popcorn sale.\n\nForever Nutrition will have giveaways all day long\, as well as games and a kids contest.\n\nOffice Products Center & Gifts - Laurel\, MS will have 30%-40% off select HOBO purses\, HOBO door prize drawing\, and various discounts throughout the store.\n\nBe Amazing Paper Co. will host Mr Silly Sox from 12-2PM\, and the Laurel Love Letter Event\, as well as 10% off all purchases from 12-4PM!\n\nSelfie Gallery is having a special 2 for 1 sale\, $10 for 30 min of gallery time\n\nKnight Butcher is hosting their first ever Hamburger Eating Contest at 3:15 PM (junior) and 3:45 PM (adult) on their patio stage. The winners will take home a bunch of "meat money" and a trophy.\n\nBring your receipts from Central Avenue businesses on 9/10 to Magnolia State Bank to enter to win their biggest spender contest!
