Community Connection

Employees, retirees, and their families make up our Community Connection service organization, and members donate their time and talents to countless community projects. Whether it's a fundraiser for a worthy cause, weatherizing homes for families in need, renewing our rivers and beaches, or cleaning up after a natural disaster, our employees are there.
As a 501c3 organization, Community Connection is the primary vehicle of our more than 1,200 employees used to impact our customers, our communities and our environment. Six chapters make a difference by:

• Giving — Money raised by the Community Connection chapters must go to a local 501c3 organization. Each year, Community Connection employee chapters donate around $200,000 to local non-profits.
• Serving — Writing a check is one thing, but serving in your community makes it personal. Each year our employees make a hands-on difference by providing more than 7,500 hours of volunteer time on local projects throughout the service area.
