Provides indirect and direct clinical services to each person served as assigned by the unit Director of Psychology or designee. Examples of work: individualized (oneon-one) behavioral intervention with each person; data management including preparation of scatterplots and measurement materials, review of scatterplot data collection, systematic observation, and graphing; reliability probes of scatterplot data; participates in scheduled active treatment occurring in their assigned dormitory and Alternate Skills Training as designated by the Behavior and Integrated support plans; monitors implementation of Behavior and Integrated Support Plans; inservices staff on program related intervention methods and each persons right to be free from restraints; maintains permanent and ongoing electronic data folder retaining psychometric data, monthly behavior graphs, monthly sleep scatterplots, annual behavior graphs, annual sleep graphs, and adheres to retention schedules as stated in Psychological Services P&P. Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and 2-4 years experience.
